Below I have listed a few questions which I get most often. If you have a question which isn't listed here. Please feel free to use the contact form at the bottom of the page to get some more information.
How do I order?
Where are you based?
Do I need to have a complete design for my project?
What delivery options do you offer?
What materials do you use?
Do you refinish any piece of furniture?
How long does each project take?
I am based in North East of Scotland in the City of Aberdeen. Specifically, for the locals, in Bridge of Don.
Simple! If you are buying a piece which has already been completed just use the checkout on the store page. If you are interested in a custom project use the contact form on the home or store page.
For small products, such as the chopping boards, I use Royal Mail or DPD in you are within the UK.
For larger products I offer local delivery (within 50 miles of Aberdeen) at £0.50 a mile (one way).
If you live further a field I am happy to work with any shipping/courier company you like.
Alternatively I also offer a pick up service from the workshop.
Currently I am unable to offer international shipping but I am hoping to do so soon.
No! I am happy to work to any plans or CAD drawings which you already have. I only ask that you have permission to use any plans which you have before I start.
However I also offer full design services. From translating a simple drawing to a technical CAD file, or a full consultation and design process. This is an additional service which, depending on your needs, can vary from project to project. Please use the enquiry form if you would like to know more.
I use various different materials from many different suppliers. Where possible I do try to source from local suppliers or from sustainable suppliers.
Almost! Currently I cannot offer reupholstering services. But this is something I am hoping to offer in the future.
The best way to find this out is to use the contact form and let me know what you would like refinished.
Every project is different. Some refinishing projects can be completed in a few days depending on the level of refinish. Some custom projects can take a few weeks.
Before any project starts I will always confirm an estimated completion date.
